Work with Me to Reinvent & Age Positively

30-Days to Kick-start Your Life After 50

A 30-day email programme will help you move your life forward after fifty. For 30-days you will receive an inspirational email with a task of the day to help shift your thinking, and give you a different perspective on ageing. As you go through the programme, you will learn what makes you tick and why you need to share your

wisdom with others. At the end of the programme, you will create a simple Reinvention Plan, with personal change goals that are easy to follow and keep you enthusiastic about life after 50.

It’s time to start your reinvention! I created this programme because I got frustrated hearing people’s unhelpful thinking about age, and how it was limiting them. I knew from experience that it was just not true. There is a whole world out there waiting for you to discover, literally and metaphorically.

About Rebecca

Rebecca Ronane celebrated the privilege of becoming fifty in 2006: and says 'if  you'd told me then how the next decade would evolve I'd have laughed at you for many reasons. I didn't expect change, was happy where I was and all I'd read was that life slows down post fifty. It's been the opposite, resisted at first by limiting beliefs but now I know it's a period of life where women  'where you don't need validation from others, it's time to focus on ourselves. A  health and career misfortune became my fortune, as it propelled me to discover  my top values and my passion for coaching. By founding the Forward after Fifty movement, I want to help women to reach their full potential and look forward to a rich and fulfilling new chapter of their lives.

What My Clients Say

"I have to admit, I’d really underestimated the value of defining my core values! Sure, I’ve heard and read about the importance of this exercise, and I’ve thought about what drives me, but this does take concentrated effort, and it’s been all too easy for me to set it aside for another day…Which is why I’m so grateful for Rebecca’s guidance in exploring my Core Values! It wasn’t enough for me to simply say that Growth-Joy-Courage-Curiousity-Exploration (and others) propel me; the whole point of having a trustworthy guide is to help me understand what’s been right in front of me all along. That’s what a great coach does! Rebecca held up a clear mirror for me to see my strengths and how I can develop them, as well as helping me prioritise the necessary steps to for optimal personal growth. Maybe I would’ve gotten around to defining my values on my own eventually, but without coaching, I’m sure that I would’ve overlooked so much fascinating insight. It feels great to kick procrastination to the curb, and really move forward into GROWTH!"

"Working with Rebecca Ronane has been the most extraordinary experience.  She helped me see certain things more clearly

And helped me SEE certain things for the first time.  It was like walking towards someone in a dark space who was holding a candle
In their hand and she called out the directions in the dark and as I approached her I could see more and more clearly all the beauty of the
Space around us.    I discovered that I am not unusual and that confusion about how to go forward in a new situation is normal.
In fact I found the whole experience enlightening.
I thought the skype/facetime sessions were very practical and easy and I would recommend Rebecca to anyone who feels they need
An objective and clear vision in a cloudy personal scenario."
Colette Engstrom

I enjoyed the sessions I attended so much-listening to other women’s ideas, sharing my apprehensions and fears, finding support and energy from the group of such interesting. diverse women, all looking for a way forward with their lives. I would come away so full of energy and hope for my own challenges.

Through voicing these thoughts and fears and hearing other people’s worries, sharing with good humor and laughter, guided by Rebecca, I found that they started to fall away, particularly through breaking down and challenging each thing that stopped me from moving forward and realizing myself.

It is so helpful to “unpack” those things that get in our way, writing down the fears, re organizing thoughts, managing to take step after step which brake down the fears. And the knowledge that there are other women doing the same with whom you can share the experience.
